God's Home

Why is the church important? God is building the church to be His home. Not buildings and properties, or even various denominations, but the church as the total of all those who believe in Jesus. Nevertheless, the analogy of a physical building can help to understand how God is building the church. In these verses from Ephesians, the Apostle Paul looks first at the church's foundation, and then the church's purpose.
