Series Witchcraft and Apologetics
What do Wiccans believe? Today were going read an article by a Wiccan and discuss their belief system. Some of the beliefs of Wicca that we will discuss are their interest in cycles of nature, lunar cycles and seasons. We will look at pantheism, panentheism, tolerance, intolerance, pluralism, spells and potions.
We will also discuss some misunderstandings concerning Wicca. Wicca claims they're not a cult. They claim they do not speak to the devil or to demons. Wiccans do not practice psychic vampirism. They don't believe in hexing others. The article also brought up the countless deaths of witches at the hand of the church. The point must be made at this here that this church was the Catholic Church. We as Christians can feel the Wiccans pain. During the 600 years of the inquisition, 50 million Christians were put to death under the Catholic Church. The Roman Catholic Church has much to answer for. We will also talk about some cave paintings that are said to predate Christianity that s depict a horned man and a pregnant woman.
