A Suitable Helper

Up to this point, everything is "good" . . . light, dry land, gathered waters, plants, trees, sun, moon, stars, sea monsters, creeping things . . . all "good". But now, as Moses continues to describe the creation of man, the garden, and Adam's relationship with the Lord, God Himself declares that "It is not good for the man to be alone." Now, here in Genesis 2:18-20, Moses describes for the reader HOW God will make that which is "not good", into that which is "very good." We will see the great need we have for help, the need we have to worship in a community of believers, and the desperate need we have for our most suitable helper, Jesus Christ.
