If We Deny Him, He Us

2 Timothy 2:11-13 says, "It is a trustworthy statement: For if we died with Him, we will also live with Him; If we endure, we will also reign with Him; If we deny Him, He also will deny us; If we are faithless, He remains faithful, for He cannot deny Himself."

Only those who die with Christ live with Christ. Only those who endure through suffering (without succumbing to cowardice), will reign with Christ. If we deny Christ, He will deny us. He will be ashamed at us when He comes.

But if we are faithless, God does not change. He is faithful. He remains the same yesterday, today and forever. If all the world should deny Christ, God will not change to allow unrepentant sinners into heaven.
