Why Christ Died

What is salvation all about?
What did Christ do at the Cross?
Why did He do it?
When we come to the cross of Calvary, we must see a God of PURPOSE.

He died not only to take sinners to Heaven but to make men HOLY. A person who does not have the characteristics of OBEDIENCE to the Christ who died is a person who knows not the Lord and has no Saviour.

Ephesians chapter 2 teaches salvation by pure and sovereign grace, but also it shows that the Christian is one who is God's workmanship, "created in Christ Jesus unto good works."
