Seeking and Saving the Lost

The first two verses of Luke 15 reveal why our Lord says what He does in the rest of
this chapter. Two very different groups of people are described in those first verses -
the open sinner and the self-righteous saint – but Jesus knew that all of them were lost
souls who needed to be found. So He tells us about:

1. The Lost Sheep.

2. The Lost Coin.

3. The Lost Sons.
