Evidence of God

In their first battle against enemies in the wilderness, the people of God find their strength not in their military ability, but in God. By use of a staff which symbolized God's presence, rescue and judgement, Moses' lifted hands bring victory to the Israelites against the Amalakites. God answers their question, "Is God with us or not?" God is indeed, our banner.
