Pastoral Visit July 31, 2020
Series Virtual Visits
Dear Pittsford Community Church Family,
God is still at work! Our teens were able to attend an out-of-state retreat (URIMON) this past week. Plans are in progress for fall children's classes and small groups. We have a congregational meeting on Sunday to vote on funds for a new organ. Spiritual formation is taking place daily as we each respond to the Holy Spirit's transforming work in our lives during this season of caution. Keep looking for ways that God is at work. Remember, He most often works through others—through you. By the way, Pastor Chris is taking a much-deserved vacation and will be available only in limited times throughout August.
Pastor Dana
P.S.— Let God's Word encourage you and turn you back if you are at the point of throwing in the towel on a situation. Jesus gave us the example of never giving up in Luke 18. God desires to help you. God is on your side. Listen to my message about "Throwing in the Towel or Trusting?" here.
