- The coming judgment of Jerusalem v1-8.
- The reason for this judgment was their preference for man-made religion v9-16. God's salvation contradicts the pride of man at every point.
The love and liking for man-made ordinances in worship betrays the want of true love for God. - Only the Lord can change this v17. Only the Spirit of God can change the hearts of men from their love of idols to serve the Living God.
