How To Make God Laugh

How do you make God laugh? – tell him your plans.
In the early stages of Paul's secondary missionary journey the Lord uses what looks to be division in the ranks to multiply the ministry and proclamation of the gospel. He also uses what seems to be a contradiction and hindrance in Paul's freedom in the gospel to show how we are indeed free – to love and serve Christ and his people and to promote the grace of Christ in any and every way possible. May the Lord speak to us and guide us in true wisdom as he did Paul in those days.
