The believer's zeal in obtaining the prize to which he was called

We see:

1.This zeal is only possible if Christ has “made you His own”.

2.The personal frustration of the reality of imperfection.

3.The God-given determination to stretch to the limit in pursuit of the goal and the prize.

4.Maturity in progressing to the goal and receiving the prize.
