ISRAEL UNITES IN OPPOSITION TO EVIL

As we come to the end of the Book of Judges, we have been setting new "low water marks" for the depravity and weakness of God's covenant people. Well, as we come to Judges 20, we see there is a turning of the tide. The children of Israel has become estranged from the LORD in their sinful pride and idolatry.

In this chapter we see the response of Israel to sin of the Gibeanites. The Levites call to arms was answered and Israel responded as one man.
