The Knowledge of God

In this chapter Daniel warns of the persecutions and adversity that are coming to afflict God's people. The believers were strong by God's grace and did wonders of faith that honored their God, but God in His purpose sometimes allows great adversity to come upon His people: sometimes to test them, sometimes to attract justice against their oppressors. Daniel sees both of those in the context of this chapter.
