The Prophet Malachi condemns the people of Israel for speaking harsh words against the Lord. The ungodly were saying that it was useless, unprofitable, and unfair to serve God. Such blasphemous thoughts are manifested today through pragmatism, a mercenary spirit, and bad theological doctrine.
