Overcoming and Lord Rewarding His Saints

THIS WAS THE LAST SERMON OF THE REGULAR SERIES OF "FREELY WE GIVE." My father suffered from COPD during his final years, and in his weakened condition was unable to continue his broadcast. We used re-runs of earlier programs for a few weeks and finally cancelled with the radio station.

He did, however, come on J. K. Moore's radio program and give a testimony in 1994. The Lord took Him to that Heavenly Reward on March 10, 1995. As long as he lived, he was praying that God would bless and use his recordings even after his lifetime had expired. Your hearing today is (in part) an answer to those prayers!

May God bless all who listen to these simple little sermons, a plea for the glory of God, the Lordship of Christ, the Scriptures of truth ... and with a heart-cry that God's professing people would take seriously their responsibility to seek to live holy lives in this present world!
