What They Think of Us (Devotional)

Often we are tempted to play political games or even to compromise in order to gain the favor of the world. We think that perhaps if we stayed silent on this issue or flexed a little on that issue, tenth world would see our hearts and give us the benefit of the doubt. But, reputation and credibility with the world is a gift given by God for faithful obedience not political capitol than can be earned through our own strategic efforts. The Lord gives reputation and he takes it away. Blessed be the name of the Lord.
