Is the Bible Enough?

When we say that God no longer grants believers miraculous gifts, we are not saying that God no longer performs miracles. Today, we can't even estimate the damage caused by people who claim to be performing miracles and healings in the name of God. Evidences in Scripture that god is no longer granting spiritual gifts include the following: Christ is the cornerstone of the church, and God has spoken finally through Him. He will not speak new revelation anymore. We learn about Christ through the prophets and apostles; the preaching of the Gospel of the Christian faith, found in the word of God. This was revealed to us by God, confirmed through signs, miracles and wonders. Because God completed His work of special revelation with the closing of the canon, the primary reason for signs, miracles and wonders has also been completely served.
