Spending Wisely

On today's Worldview Wednesday edition of the program, I will speak with Alisa Harris, reporter for WORLD Magazine, about her article entitled, “Investment Opportunity”. The article is about connecting capital with opportunity in the developing world.

On the second half of the program, we will discuss the recent Spending Revolt in Bell California where city officials were receiving hyper-inflated salaries. Citizens in Bell took to the streets in protest and some of the government officials resigned in response to the public outrage. The question is, does the reckless spending by the officials in Bell, reveal a much larger government spending problem nation-wide?
