Close the Curtain

Possibly if Bathsheba would have only of known to close the curtains while bathing her husband wouldn't have died. There are so many today that have left the curtains open. We should be more careful to close those opportunities for the occassion to sin. Something that seems so small can spiral out of control when all we have to do is simply close the curtain. There was more than just Bathsheba's husband that fell on the battle field that day. There were many men who lost their lives while David tried to cover up he and Bathsheba's sin. We need to tell our children to close the door to sin for they know not were it will lead them.
