4.. Fellowship is our responsibility to proclaim the gospel in very real ways. (Rom 13:11-14)
"as you see the Day drawing near."
a. The work of God in this world is not hidden—v.11a
b The work of God calls us into active duty— v. 11 a
c. The work of God is progressing forward to its intended conclusion— v. 11 b
d The work of God produces holiness in those who love God v. 12
• The consummation of the ages is near.
• This consummation requires a material shift in our way of living.
• This way of living is not hidden but displayed for God's glory v. 13
i. we no longer seek distractions from this life
ii. we no longer seek self pleasure
iii. we no longer seek our preeminence
iv. we now see Christ living in and through us v. 14
