The Apostle Paul Continues his explanation of how we are supposed to live as the redeemed people of God. We are not left with general platitudes of thankfulness and worship, but rather are directed both AWAY FROM sin and sinful behavior and TO uprightness and light.
Gentiles (unbelievers) live in the darkness of sin, we (as believers) live in the full light of day. We are obliged to live accordingly.
