It is not what one knows, but rather WHO one knows that makes a big difference in one's connection with God! Christianity is more than a religion; it is a personal relationship with Jesus Christ! But what kind of relationship is it? Are we mere acquaintances? A business or cordial family relationship? NO! Jesus calls us His Friends! As Jesus
friends, we are privy to the full revelation of God! We've been given inside information regarding His kingdom and have the ability to understand spiritual truth. As Jesus' friend, we experience a close, personal, intimate fellowship with Him was we abide in His love! We abide in His love by obeying His commands. And as Jesus' friends, we are chosen to serve Him. What a friend we have in Jesus! Jesus wants to be your friend, but have you accepted his "friends request"?
