Why a lost generation

Back in this time, there was a problem on the horizon and the people didn't see it coming. The generation that had seen God work in helping them conquer the promised land was dying out but there were some people missing. Those people were the next generation of spiritual leaders. There may have been political leaders and military leaders but not the all-important spiritual leaders. This lost generation created problems that the people were never meant to face. In our day and age, our churches are staring down that same path and it needs to be fixed before it is too late.
