After setting forth of God's Law on Sinai, the giving of the ceremonial feasts, His unfolding of the Covenant plan of protection and goal for the nation of Israel, God now reveals His glory to the elders in a most awe inspiring fashion.
It is upon Mount Sinai where God reveals both to Israel and to us, His Holy Throne Room where He sits in splendor and majesty, perfectly ruling over the affairs of men and nations.
God now sets forth His Covenant Redemption plan to His people, contained in what is known as “The Book of the Covenant”.
