God saved Israel from captivity to a Promised Land. God was her King. Yet she wanted to be like everyone else. So, she rejected God as her King. Jesus saved us from captivity to a waiting heaven. Jesus is our King. Yet men want to be like everyone else. So, they reject Jesus as King. Is Jesus your King?
