The road to Jericho

In Jesus' day Jericho was a priestly city estimated to house around 12,000 priests who would travel this road in their turn up to and back from Jerusalem. However the road was often perilous with bandits looking to make fast buck; making this scene all too common. In our daily lives we will face troubles and there will be those looking to prey on us. But we too must go about on God's business just like this man here.
