What is coming out of your mouth?

We should all be concerned about what is coming out of our mouth. No one, especially Christians, should ever just run their mouth freely; we should think before we speak. Is what we are saying of poor quality, or that which is good and useful? There is a use for everything we say. They either show us as fools, build up people, help out in some way, or destroy people.
