Leadership Training…. producing mature believers

Christians know they need discipleship, but like everything else these days, they want it now. Churches have been all to eager to give them what they want and will try anything that promises instant maturity. But what has been produced at best are infantile followers and at worst nominal believers who fall away at the first hint of difficulty. The remedy is to return to a biblical pattern of transmitting truth by entrusting apostolic teaching to faithful men who will in turn teach others. Pastor Schneider lays out the pattern Paul prescibes to Timothy which when followed will produce an ongoing chain of mature disciples that guard the truth.
