Return to Worship

God warned Israel of what would happen if they turned away from Him. He would make them ineffective in the world, not unlike what the church in America is today
Hezekiah had to remedy what had been neglected by King Ahaz and the Israelite people. They had turned their faces and their backs away from God. They made protection instead of worship as their priority. Hezekiah did just the opposite: he made worship the priority (and protection would follow).
If we have fellowship with God, worship will be an outflow of our lives. Since we are now the temple, worship is a living manifestation of the life of the Lord Jesus Christ in us.
