Learning Liberality From the Poor

Paul presents the Macedonians, an impoverished group of Christians, as an object lesson and example to the wealthier church of Corinth who were weakening in their commitment to send an offering to the suffering Saints in Judea. The giving of the Macedonians impressed Paul and should exhort us in our giving 2,000 years later.
