Paul explains how that he was the first to be given the revelation of the mysteries and given the dispensation of the grace of God. We will see that Paul was not the first saved and "in Christ", but was used of God to lead the transition as all of the apostles and the entire church began preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
