Proposition: The Apostle Paul declared “For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first and also for the Greek” (Romans 1:16). When we join the Apostle in being faithful messengers of the gospel and witnesses of God’s grace in our lives we become instruments of blessing to refresh the thirsty soul. “Like the cold of snow in time of harvest is a faithful messenger to those who send him, for he refreshes the soul of his masters” (Proverbs 25:13).
