Brother Parks is a dear man of God; he was a loyal friend of Evangelist Barnard from the day the two men of God first met. You will appreciate this message. Brother Parks is not the same style of preacher as Rolfe Barnard, but he is a humble man of God.

This ROLFE BARNARD LIBRARY never had a better friend than Ernest W. Parks, and we praise God for the day our paths crossed. Under God, he has been an inspiration to both of us, and has helped us find many taped sermons of Bro. Barnard that would otherwise have been lost to this library.
