Congregations Can Counsel One Another

The responsibility of counseling people in the church is not restricted to the job of professionals, or even the elders of the church. The Bible exhorts the congregation as a whole that it is able to counsel one another. It is to warn the unruly, comfort the fainthearted, help the weak, learn to be patient with one another. The sermon also addresses the responsiblity of the elders to the church and vice versa.
