Integrating the Generations in the Same Community

What's with this Contemporary Service, the Old Fogie Service, and the Nose Ring Service? Because people have been raised in slots and programs over the last three generations, it is hard to find churches where the generations are nicely integrated. Imagine communities where great grandparents, grandparents, parents, and children all sing the same worship songs, where the older women actually mentor the younger women, and there is a deep sense of honor for the older generation!
