What Ever Happened to Sin?

It is impossible for an individual either to become aware of his sin or to understand and respond to the gospel without the Holy Spirit's previous and supernatural activity in his life. The Holy Spirit's activity is to convict the world of sin, righteousness and judgment. As a result man need not rely upon any techniques of human understanding to draw men to Christ, but solely upon the Holy Spirit's use of the two-edged sword – the Word of God.
