The Bridegroom Cometh

Repairing garments, old wineskins, new and old wine: all these parables were illustrations of what is appropriate and inappropriate.

Fasting while the Bridegroom was among them was inappropriate for the Lord's disciples.

This passage also gives us, the church, His disciples, incredible insights into what we must do now that the Bridegroom is taken away: PRAY! PRAY! PRAY!

The Holy Spirit really ministered at the end of this message to call sinners to repentance that they may, in turn, call upon the Lord to be saved.
