No Balm In Gilead

Israel and Judah must bear their sin and the fenced cities would not protect them. The judgement of the Lord would not be averted even though many thought it not possible that the Lord would allow the destruction of the City of Zion. The false hope is often held by those who are in sin. Perhaps even America is under such false hope that somehow God will continue to look the other way when sin is so blatantly perpetrated against God.
