Let there be light

“Let there be light.”
These words were spoken by God on the first day of creation. While the words are literal, they are words that are repeated by God down through history.
We see this is in

1. The revelation of God in the incarnation
2. the regeneration of the soul in the new birth
3. The restoration of the burdened through the Word
4. The return of the Saviour to make all things new
