The Ark Encounter

On Tuesday, July 5, 2016, Dr. John Whitcomb was honored to be part of the ribbon cutting ceremony for the Ark Encounter in Williamstown, Ky. On today’s program, we bring you highlights from that opening ceremony.
The Ark Encounter is Answers in Genesis’ life-size reconstruction of Noah’s Ark. It serves as a tremendous visual aid and teaching tool, calling the world to heed the Biblical message regarding Noah, the ark and flood—which speaks so clearly of both God’s judgment and His grace.
Answers in Genesis joins Whitcomb Ministries in proclaiming that God’s Word is true from the beginning to the end, and we thank them for allowing us to share this audio. You will hear from AiG co-founders Mark Looy and Ken Ham as they speak to the huge crowd that gathered in front of the Ark Encounter for this momentous occasion.
As host Wayne Shepherd notes, Dr. Whitcomb has been involved with the Ark Encounter from the very start, including speaking and praying at the dedication of the land in June of 2012.
