Bold As A Lion

If we are doing the right thing, we do not have to flee when no one is pursuing. We should be bold because we know who God is. People who keep the law (of God) resist the wicked. Good character always beats financial wealth. If it does not please God, we should not do it. People who rip off other people will lose what they have to God. God will reward those who do what He says. It is the mercy of God when He sends discipline and hardship into our lives so that we can repent. We are to confess and renounce our sins, otherwise if we try to hide our sins, it will not go well with us. We should not chase fantasies, we need to do the work that the Lord has given us. A faithful man will be richly blessed but one eager to get rich, will not go unpunished. If we chase after money, we are chasing the wrong thing. It is not okay to steal from anyone. If we want to loan to God, we need to give to the Lord. We need to give to the needs of the poor, whether it be a job or a handout. If we really want to minster to the poor, we need to get to know them. Good character always beats financial wealth.
