Who and What is Babylon?

The religious dimension of the Babylonian system will be narrowed down to the worship of one man, the anti-Christ. The focus in the revelation being given then turns to the political and commercial aspects of the devil's center of control, his city, Babylon. Babylon was an ancient city in the southwestern area of the country known today as Iraq. Relentless attempts to take over the rule of the world and usurp God's authority will continue by the devil, his forces, and his people until God takes them and this center of demonic control, Babylon, down. God has revealed He will do so on His timetable, for His purposes, bringing one and all who have been a part of the rebellion, to utter destruction and banishment from His creation that will be new and restored.
