The New Covenant

Only God can change the heart of men.

1. Jesus had a better ministry and brought a better covenant. verse 6
2. The promise of the new Covenant implies that the old one was insufficient. verses 7-9
3. When the fulfillment of the new Covenant came it brought about what the old Covenant could not - Righteousness. Verses 10-12
4. Having fulfilled its purpose the Old Covenant is now obsolete. verse 13
