Counterfeits

Every generation has seen the contenders for God's glory and there's coming a Contender who will encapsulate the best and brightest of all of Satan's contending beast. The beast who have exalted and elevated lies and falsehoods to steal the hearts of humanity. Those who will bow to the Antichrist have already been marked and bowed to a lie that stands in the place of and opposes Christ in this world.

You don't see people counterfeiting $200 bills do you? Why? They don't exist. They counterfiets $100 bills. They only counterfeit something that somebody else has already made, something that's making money. And then they go and bring on a cheaper product to match their product. And that's exactly all the enemy does, in the sense that once Christ came on the scene, then he's been using these cheaper products to come alongside to say that, well, this is the real deal. This is as good as the real deal. This is what it is. And John is helping this church and saying, hey, if it doesn't line up with the teaching of Jesus, that we know, that we have seen, that we've handled (in First John), that's what he says, we walked with him. We taught with him. We heard him with our ears, we felt Him with our hands. We watched what he did. John's the one who told us in John's gospel, that He is the Way, the Truth, and the life now Jesus is the truth. And if Jesus is the truth, that means every, every message that he proclaims is truth. Every miracle that he performs is truth. Every ministry that he is in did was in truth, his mission was truth, if anything contrary to that truth is a counterfeit.
