The Words of My Roaring

No doubt the twenty-second psalm records the words of Jesus. The first five verses convey the complaint and the confession of the Savior. By complaint is not meant to say His grievance but His grief. His complaint began prior to but reached its apex on the Cross. Jesus confessed God's holiness and sovereignty. God's sovereign dominion is revealed by His effectual redemption. By God- faith His people are never disappointed.
