What Is God Doing? 10 Reasons for Trials

Back in our introduction to Joseph's life – several weeks ago – we said that Joseph is basically that God can be trusted, even in trials. God knows what He is doing. But that still leaves the question: what is He doing? In Joseph's life it's easy to see, because we know the end of the story. But when we are in the middle of trials we don't know the end of the story – we can't see what God is doing. Joseph didn't have any idea what God was doing. Though in the midst of a trial we won't be able to see perfectly what God is doing, there are lots of places in the Bible that give us clues. I want to show you ten of those places this morning.
