Acts 2:1-36

Brother Jared Tullos brings several good points to mind in this lesson: That the church prexisted the Pentecost of Acts chapter 2; that tongue-gifts have passed and were for testifying of Christ; that the Spirit came upon the church to unite the saints in that body, to reveal and to teach us the truths of Scripture, and to help us in our present infirimity; and, that the church's purpose is to witness & preach Christ, to observe the ordinances, and to discipline itself.
