In recent days, the Obama Administration has overstepped its bounds in unbelievable ways, in keeping with the president's campaign promise to "fundamentally transform America." Earlier this spring, President Obama decreed that public schools must open their bathrooms and locker rooms to self-chosen gender identity rather than biological sex. And he issued a fiat on when businesses must pay salaried employees overtime, which will likely see millions of workers shifted to hourly employment. But having a president acting as king, issuing edicts, is not the system our founders designed. On this program, we expose the unconstitutional nature of executive overreach, and examine how Congress has abdicated its proper role in reining in such abuse. And we look at what the founding fathers intended in the constitutional structure of the federal government.
