A Prayer for God's Refreshing

This chapter is titled "a prayer of Habakkuk" and it is a meditation that he had with himself before God. Habakkuk was a holy man, a prophet of God who mourned over the sinfulness of his nation. He grieved over this immorality and spiritual corruption even as he pled with God to reform and correct their evil hearts. This third chapter is a reflection on God's goodness and blessings to the redeemed of grace.
