Joe Biden Is Obviously Not Running The Country, So Who Is? You Know

Pretend president Joe Biden is fading so far, and so fast, that even Far Left rags like the New York Times and the Daily Beast are being forced to acknowledge that perhaps he is not exactly "in charge" over at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue. He stumbles ascending the steps on Air Force One, he falls over while riding a bicycle, and has to be told by his wife at a July 4th appearance to say "God Bless America", which he never musters the brain power to perform. But we told you years ago that the whole reason why Biden was picked was because of his mental condition.
